Acting as Financial Advisor to a large publicly traded telecom company facing substantial declines in market capitalization and cash flow, Buccino reviewed options and alternative strategies for the Board of Directors. We then advised the Board to authorize the filing of a Chapter 11, to properly downsize the operation, to reject onerous leases and to negotiate with critical vendors.
