Brought on as Crisis Manager, Buccino & Associates assumed operating responsibility for all 32 buildings and rebuilt our client a better foundation for future operation and management. We recreated accounting information, collected delinquent rents and operating expenses from tenants, resolved building maintenance issues, addressed building code violations, negotiated forbearance agreements with major lenders, and handled orderly liquidation of some of the properties—creating the liquidity necessary to allow the company more time to restructure its operations.
